These uniquely "piece of Fiji" red mud shirts are high quality t-shirts, dyed with the
red earth of Fiji and pre-washed to a mellow coral colour. We added Liga's (a native
Fijian) intricate artwork of a Tabua (whale's tooth) on the back and a smaller version
on the left front. Coming soon will be a new version of Fiji Red Mud Shirt shaped
and styled just for women.
The tabua is a sacred element of Fijian society and is not even allowed to be taken
out of Fiji. Liga says this is an appropriate symbol to represent Fiji.
